By engaging Hometown Electrical for any electrical services, accessing our website, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and Hometown Electrical ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Verbal estimates are provided for guidance only and are subject to confirmation upon inspection.

We offer a $0 call-out fee when you accept our quote and we perform the work at your property. If a quote is not accepted or no work proceeds, a standard call-out/inspection fee may apply to cover the attendance and assessment.
Any additional work beyond the original scope will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement. Additional charges will apply for extra work not covered in the original quote.

Overdue accounts may incur late payment fees and interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days overdue.

You may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 4 hours notice for non-emergency work. Emergency calls cannot be cancelled once an electrician is dispatched.

If you are not available at the scheduled appointment time, we may charge a callout fee for the wasted trip.

Our 24/7 emergency service is available for urgent electrical issues that pose safety risks. Emergency work is prioritized and may be subject to higher rates for after-hours service.
